Why do I advocate treating anxiety naturally?

You are in control.

The best thing about natural methods of coping is that you're not helpless if panic does attack. With meds, the attacks may decrease in frequency, but what happens when it does happen? You’re at it’s mercy again.

If you choose to rely on a natural cure for panic attacks, you'll be better equipped to deal with them. While meds reduce the number of attacks, natural coping techniques reduce the horror of going through them by giving you the necessary tools to combat them. In time, these attacks will lose their power over you, and eventually subside completely.

It’s a Long-term solution.

The effects of medication last only as long as you continue to pop the pills. When you run out, or decide to stop taking them, your are back at square one.
